Looking forward to the 2027.1 exam:
Tier 1 pricing: 20 places at $99 + GST will open on the 28th of December. You keep access to the course right through to the exam on 21 May 2027, so there’s no downside to joining early to lock in your price. You still decide when to start the papers.

Marking break: after the 2026.2 exam we’re taking four weeks off, from 21 November to 28 December. No papers will be marked during that time, and surge pricing ends with the break.

21 May 2027: 2027.1 ACEM Fellowship Written Exam. Past candidates recommend finishing the course at least a month before the exam.

Recent results. In the 2026.1 ACEM Fellowship Written Exam, 100% of our candidates passed, our first-ever clean sweep. In 2025.2, every candidate who averaged over 60% in our short answer course passed, and 88% of all our candidates passed overall.

New here? We run a 10-week short answer preparation course, and we’re very proud of it. Each week you sit a challenging paper in true exam format, testing both your knowledge and your exam technique, and you get an individually marked feedback report on every paper. There are no fixed session times: you sit each paper when it suits your roster, so the course works well alongside full-time clinical work. The course has been updated in line with the December 2025 ACEM Communiqué.
